(Free for children under 5, must be accompanied by an adult.) Note: Balloon flights are conducted only on calm days with wind speeds below 4 m/s. As a result, the operation rate is around 20–30%, making it a rare experience granted by nature itself. Flight availability is determined on the morning of the day, and may be canceled due to weather changes. We appreciate your understanding. If the flight is canceled If the flight does not take place, a full refund will be processed to the credit card used for payment on the same day.
